Contracts are signed, for the Co-Op and house!

Well, just a quick update. We received our contracts back for the Co-Op signed and with the 10% down. So thats great news, and a huge load off our back. We also signed our contracts for the house at the same time, so It seems everything is almost a done deal. Just as a side note, that was the BIGGEST check we ever wrote
