Brief overview of my experience

Current Full time Position: EDI  Developer ( Past: AS/400 Gentran, Current: Sterling Integrator / Gentran Integration Suite with SAP)
Part Time: Consultant

Current Full time Position responsibilities: All EDI setup, maintenance, and communication.  I am leading a small team where we are converting from Gentran on the AS/400 to GIS (Gentran Integration Suite) for all EDI operations.

I have experience maintaining complicated relational databases. As well as developing web sites and web services utilizing PHP, ASP, and Ruby / Ruby on Rails framework. I also have experience with administering, building and deploying Microsoft Windows and various GNU Linux distributions. Almost all of my personal projects as well as customers projects are deployed on Debian, my preference.

I am comfortable working in any operating system environment, Windows, OSX, and Linux. I enjoy exposing myself to various projects, programming languages, and challenges. I am an advanced Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint user as well. My strongest qualities are the ability to learn quick, adapt, and work in fast pace environments.
