Allstate Insurance is coming out to see what happened tomorrow. I think if the tree is rotted / dead then its the neighbors responsibility. If its an "Act of God" then its your own home owners insurance responsibility. We shall see! Hopefully it wont cause any bitterness. I am not 100% sure what will happen.
